EMPN AI documentation¶
How the network works with Claude. One plugin — empn-core — gives every member the same AI research workflow: literature and data search, EU monitoring, briefs, branded charts and decks, stakeholder mapping.
Where to start¶
- Install the plugin — Cowork members already have it (your admin installs it org-wide); Claude Code and the VS Code extension are a local install you do yourself.
- Get started in 5 minutes — fire your first skill, whether you're an EMPN member or at a partner organisation.
- Set up your organisation — overlay folders, the
org:line that declares yours, what to customise and what to inherit. - Browse all skills — 79 skills across literature search, EU monitoring, brief drafting, branded charts and decks, stakeholder mapping, contacts, trackers.
What this is¶
A bundle of Claude Cowork skills for EU policy research workflows. The methodology is universal across the EMPN network. The identity — voice, workspaces, visuals, source tiers, folder conventions — comes from a per-organisation overlay inside the plugin. Every EMPN member gets the same scaffolding the moment they sign in. Partner organisations install the same plugin, declare their identity, and customise only what differs.
