EMPN folder structure

The canonical layout and "what goes where" table live in plugins/empn-core/shared/empn-folder-conventions.md. Filename rules live separately in plugins/empn-core/shared/empn-filename-convention.md — split out so skills can load just the naming pattern at the moment of need. Together these two files govern every file a skill writes to your workspace.

EMPN-core operates inside the Energy-and-Climate theme workspace: 05_Projects/02_Energy-and-Climate/ under the EMPN team root. The Cowork session typically mounts at the EMPN team root or at the theme workspace. Skills that take a path argument accept any root (local, OneDrive, Dropbox, network mount) — the convention is the default, not a hard requirement.
